Plants make oxygen from carbon dioxide (CO2), break down Volatile Organic Compounds (or: VOCs), and keep air humidity at healthy levels. Research has demonstrated that not only do we get healthier with plants around us, we become happier too. We have explained our key message in a number of articles and in this info graphic that includes links to these articles.
